What you get for the Money Week 3 This is week three of our new series-What you get for the Money. Here we take a look at three historical neighborhoods in Brooklyn and see what is offered at various price points. This week we focus on Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill, and Lefferts Manor. Our prices will be $750k, $1 million, and $1.4 million. $750,000 Boerum Hill    52 Third Avenue. 1 Bed, 1 Bath, Condo. $725k BoCoCa (Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens) is what this new condo development is being called. A spacious loft like duplex, boasts a chef's kitchen complete with GE refrigerator and dishwasher, Bosch range and microwave, and maple cabinets with frosted glass. A Caesar stone covered center island overlooks the large living area with high ceilings and european doors that lead out to a private rear garden and patio. The least expensive of the group, it's low on price but not quality. Consider this place when looking for a million dollar home in Historic Brooklyn. Lefferts Manor Midwood Street. 3 Story Brick. $1.2 Million We end with our last home for this week's series. And what a home to close it out. A 3 Story brick townhouse in Historic Lefferts Manor for $1.2 million. I was hard pressed to find anything available for more in the area. There are more expensive properties but they were either sold or in contract. This 5 bedroom, 2.5 baths gem comes with its own driveway and seperate garage, wow! Very clean throughout, the home needs very little to realize its true potential. Large office off the Master Bedroom can be a huge walk-in closet or renovate for a full ensuite bath.
